How to Request a Return:

Head to our self-serve Return Portal, enter your order number and the email address used to make your purchase and simply follow the steps.Be sure to have your package post-marked and sent (or dropped off) within 14 days.

What if I need an exchange?

If you need a new size or colour, you can use your gift card/store credit from your return to purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to do straight exchanges as of yet.

What if my item is defective?

When something arrives already ruined (for whatever reason), if you notice a knitting hole, stitches are unfinished, or something else after approx 1 or 2 wears. Unfortunately, we cannot fix items after regular wear and tear come into play (worn hole
