What if my package is returned to sender?Updated a year ago

If your package is returned to the sender due to incorrect address input, there are a few things that could happen to depend if you still want your order:

• We can resend the package once it is returned, with an additional shipping charge and possibly the return fee.
• We will refund your order minus the shipping and possibly the return fees.

*Please note there is a return-to-sender fee that we are charged by the courier when this happens, so please be sure to enter the correct address at the time of order.

If your package is returned to the sender due to a courier error, we will work with the courier to have this corrected and resent.
